Why drag this Finn-Luna reveal for so long?

I don't see the purpose. It's been 3 weeks since Finn did the paternity test and 2 weeks since he saw the results, but it already feels like 3 months. And based on (unconfirmed) rumors, he ain't saying anything next week. These episodes are totally redundant and superfluous. Poppy and Finn's conversations remind me of Flo and Zoe's endless debates about Beth. Weeks and weeks spent on useless tell don't tell dialogs. It could be avoided. The longest the writers drag things out, the worst Finn is gonna look. And the less I'll care about the actual reveal. It's bad enough that he impregnated his aunt, blames her for everything and did all these lawless paternity tests behind everyone's back, but keeping such massive secrets makes it look ten times worse. He hasn't even revealed Luna is no longer behind bars. Part of me wants Luna to go to the cliff house, finish what she started with Steffy and kidnap Hayes. Steffy dead, Finn beating himself up, then he and Poppy can go looking for Hayes and Luna and never come back, and I can say good riddance. Would be far soapier than Finn and Poppy repeating the exact same dialogs every day for weeks. It's bad enough I cannot stand any of these characters, but postponing this reveal over and over again isn't helping. The backup storylines are hardly more engaging, unfortunately.


To make Steffy THAT much more of a “victim”. It is always about poor little put upon Steffy.


All to justify or erase her evil bad deeds..which I'm not buying this whitewashing garbage and will NEVER feel sorry for this bully witch..especially since time and time again this stupid twit gets herself into dangerous situations, then cried foul.."victim" my foot. Then all her enablers coddle this weak twit..how about hold her accountable for once in her life and call her out..don't go poking the bear. Lmao!

The more this show tries to whitewashing/ignoring her evil/bad deeds, the more I can't stand her.:-D

Shown on screen, Steffy blackmailed Bill. Yet, she told Ivy (and Liam too) that “blackmail is a crime”. Per Steffy’s own words, she IS a criminal cuz she has blackmailed.
